Clean water at its finest
I uncovered truths that everyone deserves to know, which sparkled my desire to share them.
We hear so much about eating clean, reducing plastic, and saving the planet—but what about the purity of the water we depend on each day?
If you’re focused on your food, health, and wellness, it’s a good idea to give some love to the water you drink, too 🫶

Water content
I started creating clean water related content on IG this summer but IG favors short-form content.
Boosting water
With my detox water recipes, I show how you can make your water healthier and tastier.
Facts about water
We were always taught facts about water like how water is H2O. But… water is made of many things. Not only H2O. Things like microplastics, heavy metals, and pharmaceutical residue.
Truth in water
When you go to a supermarket and you buy any type of food, you can find a list of their ingredients.
Well.. water also has ingredients.
My Mission at Water Insider...
…is to help you uncover what’s really in your water, teach you new facts about water, guide you to understand the importance of protecting it for future generations, discover effective filtering solutions, and recognize water’s deep ties to pollution and the environment.
And so… My journey with clean water began
Armenia’s abundant spring water has its own unique nuance: hardness. That’s why I started with hardness testing—an essential part of every natural water source.
One of the facts about water that I discuss is that hardness comes from mineral concentrations, mainly calcium and magnesium.
You’d think more minerals mean healthier water, right?
It’s true – drinking hard water won’t cause you any physical harm immediately, but it can dry your skin and hair; it’s tied to eczema, higher energy bills, and more.
Yet, that’s only one piece of the puzzle.
Countless other contaminants lurk, some more dangerous, others just unpleasant.
